Fisherman Boat Neck Gusset Shirt – Off White

Woburn Walk presents a series of fisherman style shirts. This piece features a gusset neck, finished with two side pockets for storage and comfort and a small pocket on the left arm.

The Fisherman design derives and is inspired by the functional clothing worn by fishermen whilst working on their boats. The shoulder pocket and hand warmer pockets on the sides of the body are classic features, that also differ from other cut-and-sew items and are its most highlighted characteristics. Furthermore, the design continues with its unique hem cut, the silhouette when worn is carefully considered in regard to the garments drape, along with the high level of decoration around the neck. The gusset performs a triangular or rhomboidal piece of fabric, that is inserted into the seam to add breadth or reduce stress from a tight-fit.
