Nepenthes London offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive releases and sale items may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Send the package back to our London store using a tracked and insured courier service; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment's condition and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
